Equipment Service, Testing, and Start Up
- EMERGENCY SERVICE
for any process burner failure, including lighting problems, tripping and heating problems, installation failures, gas leaks, and much more.
- PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE NFPA
86 mandates that your burner systems be safety tested at least yearly. We also recommend regularly scheduled burner service on all burners to maintain safety and reliability.
This type of service includes cleaning, re-adjust- ment, safety testing, and repair. We also reline, repair, and replace all types of low and high temperature insulations, including hard and soft refractory.
- NOx AND CO TESTING
We will perform all the required interlock tests, as well as leak checks on your gas valves as necess- ary per NFPA and manufacturer recommendations. Let RK Combustion help you with NOx and CO testing to meet emissions regulations. We can test, then adjust your burner systems to meet local code and permits.
- CALIBRATIONS
Calibrations are important to keep your accuracy to maintain products quality or proof of proper manufacture. We use Unomat temperature control calibration equipment. Certificates of accuracy can be supplied upon request. Calibrations can be set up on a regular schedule (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.)
